For Episode One, we join our Head of Food, Glen, in the kitchen on a Monday morning as he shows us the process behind something deceptively simple - our homemade slaw. Earlier this summer, we offered one local junior sports team the chance to win £1,000 in sponsorship from Chicken & Blues. More than 350 teams entered the competition, and we’re delighted to reveal our winners - Lilliput Girls U10s, the Tsunamis! Last night, the squad and their coaches joined us at C&B Poole for a celebratory meal, picked up their big cheque and revealed their new C&B-sponsored kits. At C&B, we’re passionate about grassroots sport and encouraging young people to get active, get involved and enjoy being part of a team. We’re proud to have the Tsunamis representing C&B this season.
