Happy crew!
Team Members are what make our restaurants so special. They care about the work they’re doing, beyond just serving a great meal. But don’t take our word for it – hear why these guys think it’s awesome to work at C&B.

“I have been with C&B for 8 years now, and after starting as a Chef and then General Manager, I am proud to be Head of Food, leading food development and chef-training for the business. I think there’s a home for everyone at a Chicken & Blues restaurant. Everybody will find a place that fits them”.
Glen Dillon-Lee
Head of Food
Chicken & Blues

“Chicken & Blues has a real family feel, which is one of the main reasons I have been with the company for nearly 5 years now. I have 2 young children at school, and to be able to work my hours around my parental responsibilities, with such flexibility, has been so helpful to my own family”.
Malanie Bendall
Front of House Supervisor
Chicken & Blues Poole

“I’ve been with the company for just over 2 years, having been with Pizza Hut for a decade. I originally applied for the General Manager position in Bournemouth, however, I quickly moved into a multi-site operational role and i’m delighted to now look after a team of 80 C&B team members, and growing!”
