Chicken & Blues: Glen

“I have been with C&B for 6 years now, and am proud to be General Manager of the Poole restaurant, as well as leading food development for the business. I think there’s a home for everyone at a Chicken & Blues restaurant. Everybody will find a place that fits them”.

Glen Dillon-Lee
General Manager
Ashley Cross Poole

Chicken & Blues: Mel

“Chicken & Blues has a real family feel, which is one of the main reasons I have been with the company for nearly 4 years now. I have 2 young children at school, and to be able to work my hours around my parental responsibilities, with such flexibility, has been so helpful to my own family”.

Malanie Bendall
Front of House Supervisor
Chicken & Blues Poole

Chicken & Blues: Alex

“You could start as a trainee supervisor, then become a supervisor, then a development trainer, just like I have! I’ve been with the company for just 2 years, and have worked my way up the ranks as my commitment has been recognised – which is what C&B is all about!”

Alex Down
Talent Development Manager
