Glen has been with us for 7 years, starting as Head Chef at C&B’s Ashley Cross restaurant and helping to grow passionate Kitchen Teams that these days serve ‘Mama’s Home Cookin’’ to over 250,000 Patrons a year across Bournemouth and Poole!
Glen Dillon-Lee said: “It’s been quite the journey since I joined C&B back in 2015. We were a relatively new brand and concept back then, and there has rarely been a dull day since! I’m proud to have been promoted to this new position and look forward to what the future has in store!”
