After speaking to hundreds of C&B Patrons over the past few months, our kitchen development team has been hard at work curating our first ever plant-based menu.
Whether you’re a vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian, or just curious, we’ve got some exciting new dishes for you to try, all cooked to order, and in partnership with best-in-show product partners.
We’ve taken a selection of our award-winning wraps, sides, bites and sauces, and given them a plant-based twist. We’ve introduced a menu that serves up the same authentic Chicken & Blues experience that’s been enjoyed for the last 8 years across Bournemouth and Poole.
The award-winnin’ C&B wraps are rolled in tasty and lightly-grilled tortillas, and now you can enjoy your wraps in plant-based spinach tortillas. They’re 100% plant-based, and 100% delicious.
Our sauces have always been the perfect complement to our award winnin’ chicken. You can now get up close and personal with some of our most popular flavours in plant-based form, including Chipotle, Garlic Mayo, Smokey BBQ, Ranch, and of course.. Mama’s Gravy!
We have upscaled our fried Cauli Wings and taste-matched the tantalising sauce from our ever-popular BBQ Smokey Wings, with spring onions and crispy fried onions. A stellar combination!
C&B is delighted to have extended our partnership with the addition of THIS Isn’t Chicken pieces, and THIS Isn’t Bacon, which joins the very popular plant-based nuggets.
