*Latest service update: November 2020*

Dear C&B Patrons,

As we navigate this pandemic, and further restrictions coming into effect from Thursday 5th November, we bring you a service update.

DINE-INS: From Thursday 5th November until the beginning of December, we will pause dine in service, in line with UK-wide restrictions. 

CLICK&COLLECT: Online collection orders will continue to be available through the Chicken & Blues website. We urge you to pre-order for collection online whenever possible, as opposed to walking in and ordering on arrival. This will help us deliver a nice smooth service and minimal time in-store. We also encourage you to make use of our hand-sanitiser stations when visiting.

TAKEAWAY: If you are not able to order online, we will still be accepting takeaway orders in store. Please adhere to social-distancing guidance, helped by our floor markings, and make use of our hand-sanitiser stations. Let’s help each other stay as safe as we can when visiting C&B! 

DELIVERY: Chicken & Blues will continue to offer no-contact delivery, exclusively through our partners at Deliveroo.

C&B APP: The new C&B App has now launched. Patrons can now earn up to 10% of what they spend in Chikcoin, which is paid immediately into your App account and be redeemed against future orders. You also receive a tasty welcome gift! Head to THIS LINK to learn more, and for the download links.

TRACK & TRACE: It is now mandatory to participate in the Track & Trace system. Patrons can use the system we currently have in place, however, we also provide links to the NHS Track and Trace App. Posters are provided in each shop with a unique QR code, near the entrance so patrons have easy access to them. For those without a Smart Phone, we also have a manual Track & Trace system. 

FACE COVERINGS (C&B TEAM): All Front Of House staff will wear a face covering at all times.

FACE COVERINGS (PATRONS): We ask guests to wear a face covering when visiting the restaurants.

CLOSING TIMES: C&B restaurants will be totally closed to the public from 10pm each day. Therefore, last orders are now 9.30pm for collections and takeaways. Last orders for delivery through our partners Deliveroo is now 9.45pm. 

CASH: We are operating as a cashless business for the foreseeable future.
