Dear C&B Patrons,

As we navigate this pandemic to the best of our abilities, we bring you a service update.

CLICK&COLLECT: Online collection orders are available through the Chicken & Blues website. We urge you to pre-order for collection online, as opposed to walk-ins, for a nice smooth service and minimal time in-store! We also encourage you to wear a face covering when visiting, and make use of our hand-sanitiser stations.

TAKEAWAY: We are now accepting takeaway orders in store, so head on in! Please adhere to social-distancing guidance (1 metre +), helped by our floor markings, and make use of our hand-sanitiser stations. Let’s help each other stay as safe as we can when visiting C&B! We also encourage you to wear a face covering when visiting.

DELIVERY: Chicken & Blues will continue to offer no-contact delivery, exclusively through our partners at Deliveroo.

DINE-INS: We are operating limited dine-in tables in our restaurants, with walk ins available. We are not taking reservations currently. We are asking customers to order from the table using our online ordering platform when possible, and make use of our hand-sanitiser stations. Maximum table size of 6. Track and Trace is in operation – your server will give you details on arrival. We also encourage you to wear a face covering when arriving and leaving C&B.

CASH: We are now totally cashless.

C&B APP: We are delaying the launch of the new C&B App until late September.
