Chicken & Blues is delighted to announce the launch of a limited edition C&B trucker hat to support Pride Month, the LGBT community, and Bourne Free.

From June 14th, our restaurants across Bournemouth and Poole will be selling Pride 2021 hats for £15, with 100% of profits going to Bourne Free Charity.

Joshua Simons, C&B co-founder: “We’re delighted to join forces with our teams and customers across Bournemouth and Poole this month to raise money for Bourne Free, who, for nearly 20 years now, have celebrated equality and diversity so successfully with the Bourne Free Pride Festival. They continue to make a huge impact in the local area. C&B’s Neighbourhood Fund will also make a donation to round off June’s fund-raising initiative. During Pride Month and beyond, we will continue on our journey to build a company where everyone can be their authentic self.”

Neal Errington, Chair of Bourne Free: “Endless hours are spent by Pride Organisers across the globe setting up the mammoth task of a Pride Event. Like many others, Bourne Free is a non for profit Charity, so initiatives like this go further in ways you can’t imagine. So, on behalf of all involved at Bourne Free, we want to say a great big thank you to all at Chicken and Blues. We hope to see you celebrating your pride (and donning your pride C&B caps) at this year’s Bourne Free Pride Festival – Friday 20th August for our free family friendly event and on Saturday 21st August for our over 18’s arena”.
